SHIPPING
Shipping within the United States
Shipping is handled through "Priority Mail" via the United States Postal Service, with
insurance and delivery confirmation included for a flat rate of $10 within the USA for
orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat rate of $5 will be charged. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

SALES TAX
State sales tax of 6.75% will be added to all orders shipped within North Carolina. I do
not collect sales tax for orders shipped out of the North Carolina; however, you
may be subject to a "use tax" for this purchase by your home state or a VAT tax by
your home country. Please check with your tax professional.
RETURN POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with an item you purchased for any reason, you may return it
for a full refund (shipping costs cannot be refunded). Please email me before returning
the item to obtain a return authorization number. The terms for returns are as
follows:
- item must be in original condition
- return must be postmarked within 20 days of date of purchase
- items must be returned in original packaging
- items must be shipped with insurance (any item lost in the mail will not be
refunded)
- full refund will be issued within 10 days of return receipt of the item
- shipping charges cannot be refunded
QUALITY GUARANTEE
I guarantee that my work is free from any defects in craftsmanship. The silver and
stones are true to the descriptions on the website. and treatments (if any) are
disclosed to the best of my knowledge. Gemstones are vulnerable to wear and
accidental damage, and are not covered by this guarantee beyond the point of sale.
Should damage occur to a piece of jewelry that I created
due to normal wear and tear, I am happy to repair that piece of jewelry at my
current hourly rates for jewelry repair.
